EXW Costs
Seller’s Costs
- Bears costs until delivery.
- May incur reimbursable costs for specific situations, including transportation and insurance if requested by the buyer.
Buyer’s Costs
- Must pay the agreed price for the goods.
- Responsible for transportation costs from the named delivery place onward.
- Covers costs for necessary clearance formalities, like export/import requirements.
- Reimburses the seller for any costs incurred for transport documentation, insurance, and assistance with customs clearance.
- Pays customs charges.
- May incur extra costs for late acceptance or notice.
