You can find our supply chain courses by visiting our website and clicking on the ‘Courses‘ link in the navigation menu. This will lead you to a list of available courses. You can further refine your search by using filters such as categories, difficulty levels, and the search bar to find a course that suits your needs.

To enroll in our supply chain courses, simply select the course you’re interested in, and on the right-hand side, click the ‘Enroll Course‘ button.

To determine if a course is a good fit for you, please review the course description, prerequisites, and learning objectives provided on the respective course page. These details will give you insights into what the course covers and its intended audience, helping you make an informed decision.

Unfortunately, name changes on course certificates are not allowed due to compliance reasons . We encourage you to use your full name when signing up to ensure your certificates are accurate.

Accounts & Access

Whether you’re a new user or a returning member, this section provides answers to questions about registration, login, security, and managing your account.

To register for our platform and enroll in courses, you can click the Sign In button located on the top right of our navigation menu and then select ‘Sign Up‘ below the form. Additionally, if you attempt to enroll in a course without an account, you will be prompted to register during the enrollment process.

If you need to reset your password, log in to your account, go to your dashboard and locate the Settings tab. At the bottom you’ll find an option to change your password.

Accessing your dashboard is simple. You can either click on your name on the top right to view the drop-down menu and select Dashboard.

Your dashboard provides access to several useful features, including, ‘Enrolled Courses,’ ‘Settings‘, ‘Wishlist‘, ‘Enrolled Quizzes‘, and ‘Certificates‘.

To update your profile information, navigate to the Settings section in your dashboard and make the desired changes to your personal details.

Pricing & Payments

Yes, signing up is completely free of charge. As we have both paid and free courses, all accounts have access to free courses, while paid courses need to be purchased.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, and UnionPay. Payments are powered by Stripe and processed through a secure channel to ensure your information is protected at all times.

Yes, we offer refunds for courses purchased on freightcourse within 3 days of purchase. If you previewed the lessons and found the course not suitable, you can request a refund within this period.

Refunds are not available for bundled offers, promotions, or purchases older than 3 days. To request a refund, email us at hello@freightcourse.com with your full name, course name, purchase date, and reason for the request.
